If you have a presentation you would like to submit to be made available to other Six Steps to Success and End of Life Care facilitators please complete the following form.
Once completed email the form to us at and don't forget to attach your presentation to the email.
Your presentation will be added to the website where colleauges will be able to download and use in their own teaching and information sessions. There will be information along side each presentation detailing the intended use and audience of the presentation and also giving your name and organisation in order for users to give you acknowledgement when using your material. |
